Cookie Policy
Last updated: October 13, 2026
This page lists everything spark360agency.com stores in your browser and the outside services that load on it. Short version: no advertising cookies, no ad pixels, no tracking across other websites — and you can switch off our visitor statistics below.
01Strictly necessary (always on)
These keep the site working and remember choices you made. They don't identify you and aren't used for marketing.
- spark_lang — the language you chose (English or Spanish).
- spark_sfx — whether the chat's sound effects are on or off.
- spark_es_lang and spark_fillers_* — your Spanish voice setting and short audio clips for the voice chat, so it responds faster.
- spark360_checkout — the service you were paying for, so we can show the right confirmation after Stripe sends you back.
- spark_wa_hint — remembers, for this visit only, that you already saw the WhatsApp tip.
- spark_analytics_off — remembers that you turned visitor statistics off.
- Sign-in data — only for our own team when they log in to the admin area.
02Visitor statistics (optional — you can turn them off)
- spark_visitor_id and spark_session_id — random IDs that let us count visits and see which sections of the page people read and for how long. We don't link them to your name unless you contact us, and we never sell or share them for advertising.
- Our hosting provider also records basic, aggregated usage (such as visit length) to keep the site running.
- Turned off automatically if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) or "Do Not Track" signal.
03Outside services that load only when you use them
- Stripe and Klarna — when you open a payment page. They use their own cookies for security and fraud prevention, under their own privacy policies.
- Calendly — when you open the scheduler to book a call.
- WhatsApp — only if you click a WhatsApp button (it opens WhatsApp).
- Google Fonts — loads the site's font; Google receives your IP address to deliver it. It doesn't set cookies.
04What we don't use
No advertising cookies, no Facebook/Meta or Google ad pixels, no session recording, and no selling or sharing of your information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
05Do we need a cookie banner?
Under California law (CCPA/CPRA), sites must tell you what they collect and let you opt out of selling or sharing — they don't require opt-in banners for cookies that aren't used for advertising. Because we only use necessary storage and our own visitor statistics, we give you this page and the switch below instead of a pop-up. If we ever add advertising tools, we'll ask first.
06How to clear or block storage
You can delete or block this storage at any time in your browser settings (for example, "Clear browsing data" in Chrome or "Manage Website Data" in Safari). The site still works; you'll just need to choose your language again.
